Petals of Remembrance Petal Release for Child Abuse Awareness and Sexual Abuse Awareness.

Petals of Remembrance

April is Child Abuse Awareness & Sexual Abuse Awareness Month.

To show our Community Support for Victims and Survivors of Child and Sexual Abuse we come together and release Rose Petals into the river as a way of honoring them.

April 26, 2020

Lunch - 2pm - 3:30pm
Petal Release - 3:33pm

Clio City Park - Pavilion 2

This event is all about Community Awareness and Education. We honor Evelynne Aimee and any other victim of Child or Sexual Abuse through this event by releasing Rose Petals into the water.

We  plan this event for the last weekend of April, as close to April 29th as possible, as a way of honoring Evelynne Aimee's Birthday each year. The event begins with a cook out of hot dogs, chips, and cupcakes followed by the release at 3:33 pm.
